The HCU was a 20 bedded Private Nursing Home and had valid BMWA up to 31-03-2023 for 20 beds. The HCU thereafter obtained CTE expansion for additional 31 beds. This expansion CTE was issued vide CTE no. WBPCB/3795975/2025 dated 30/07/2025. The last BMWA issued vide memo no.1968/ml-bw-b/13/0015 dated 28-03-2018, was valid up to 31-03-2023 (for 20 beds). The HCU has now applied for renewal of BMWA for 51 (fifty one) beds. The CMOH License is valid up to 21-01-2026 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31-07-2026.
