The HCU is a 150 bedded Private Hospital and has valid Consent to Operate & BMWA up to 29.02.2028 for 150 beds. The unit has now applied for expansion CTO for additional 33 beds and had already obtained CTE (expansion) for 33beds . The CMOH License is valid up to 22/02/2027 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31.07.2026. The unit has submitted Geo Tagged Photo of Effluent Treatment Plant, copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE/CTO.
The BMWA expansion application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 29.02.2028) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
