The HCU is a Private Nursing Home having 80 beds. The HCU obtained CTO for 50 beds vide CTO No.: WBPCB/7226105/2025 dated 26/08/2025 and BMWA for 50 beds vide Ref No. - WBPCB/7226367/2025 dated:- 28/08/2025. The CTO for 30 beds has been issued vide Memo No.270 /64/WPB/NOC/HC(41)/07 dated 11-11-2022. Both the CTOs for 50 beds and 30 beds are valid up to 31/05/2027. But, the HCU has not been issued BMWA for 30 beds. The HCU has now applied for BMWA for 30 beds and has deposited the necessary fees up to 31/05/2027.
The BMWA application for 30 beds has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 31.05.2027) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
