The HCU is a Private Hospital and has valid Consent to Operate & BMWA up to 30/09/2027 for 50 beds. The unit has now applied for expansion BMWA for additional 50 beds after obtaining CTE (expansion) for additional 50 beds. The CMOH License is valid up to 19/08/2028 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31-03-2028. The unit has submitted photo of Effluent Treatment Plant and analysis report from Board’s recognized laboratory which shows compliance. The unit has submitted copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, copy of CE License, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE/CTO.
The BMWA expansion application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 30.09.2027) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
