The HCU is a Private Hospital and has valid Consent to Operate & BMWA up to 31/03/2027 for 40 beds. The unit has now applied for expansion CTO for additional 30 beds after obtaining CTE (expansion) for additional 30beds vide CTE No.: WBPCB/6531787/2025 dated 25/03/2025. The CMOH License is valid up to 09/04/2027 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31/12/2026. . The unit has submitted photo of Effluent Treatment Plant. The unit has submitted copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, copy of CE License, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE/CTO.
The BMWA expansion application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 31.03.2027) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
