The HCU is a Private Hospital and has obtained Consent to Establish for 108 beds vide CTE no. WBPCB/6554009/2025 dated 25/03/2025. The unit has now applied for fresh CTO of the Board. The agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31.03.2027. The CE license is valid up to 30.06.2026. The unit has submitted Geo Tagged Photo of Effluent Treatment Plant, copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copy of existing CTE.
The BMWA application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 30.11.2035) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
