The HCU is a Private Hospital and has obtained Consent to Establish for 100 beds vide CTE No. WBPCB/5348081/2024 dated 15/07/2024. The unit has now applied for fresh BMWA of the Board. The agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31.05.2027 and the CMOH license is valid up to 23/09/2026. The unit has submitted Geo Tagged Photo of Effluent Treatment Plant, copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE.
The BMWA application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 31/01/2031) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
