The HCU is a private hospital and has valid Consent to Operate and BMWA for 50 beds for the period up to 31/08/2035. The HCU thereafter obtained CTE (expansion) for additional 54 beds and the total bed capacity after expansion is 104 beds. The unit has now applied for BMWA of the Board for this additional 54 beds. The agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31.03.2027 and the CMOH license is valid up to 08/09/2028. The unit has submitted Geo Tagged Photo of Effluent Treatment Plant, copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE, CTO and BMWA.
The BMWA application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 31/01/2035) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
