The HCU is a 40 bedded Private nursing home and has valid Consent to Operate up to 31/03/2028 for 40 beds. The unit thereafter obtained CTE for additional 65 beds vide CTE No.: WBPCB/4512351/2023 dated 17/01/2024. The HCU has now applied for expansion BMWA for additional 60 beds. The CMOH License for 100 beds is valid up to 08/07/2026 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31.12.2026. The unit has submitted Geo Tagged Photo of Effluent Treatment Plant, copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE/CTO.
The BMWA expansion application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 31.03.2028) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
