The unit possesses BMA upto 31/03/2028 for 40 beds. The unit thereafter obtained CTE for additional 65 beds vide CTE No.: WBPCB/4512351/2023 dated 17/01/2024. The unit has now applied for BMA(Expansion) for additional 60 beds.
The CMOH License for 100 beds is valid up to 08/07/2026 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31.12.2026. The unit has submitted Geo Tagged Photo of Effluent Treatment Plant, treated effluent analysis report.
So, BMA for 60 beds may be granted upto 31/03/2028. Draft BMA is put up for your approval.
