The HCU is a Private Hospital and has applied for fresh BMWA after obtaining Consent to establish for 125 beds vide CTE No.: WBPCB/7851352/2025 dated 12/02/2026. The CMOH License is valid up to 28/12/2026 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31-10-2027. The unit has submitted GPS tagged photo of Effluent Treatment Plant. The unit has submitted copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, copy of CE License, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copy of CTE, etc. The BMWA application has been processed and draft conditional BMWA (valid up to 29.02.2036) is put up for your kind perusal and n.a. please.
