This is a fresh BMA application for a 125 bedded hospital at Dag No. 218 (L.R.), J.L No. 20, Mouza & Vill. Kowgachi, P.O. Shyamnagar, P.S. Basudebpur, Dist. North 24 Parganas, PIN-743127. The unit has deposited fee for 10 years. The unit has obtained CTE from the State Board vide no. WBPCB/7851352/2025 dt.12.02.2026. CE License of the unit for 125 beds is valid till 27.01.2027 and agreement with Medicare is valid upto 31.10.2027.
In view of the above, BMA may be considered for 10 years. Draft BMA with relevant conditions is put up for your approval.
