The HCU is a Private Hospital and had valid Consent to Operate & BMWA up to 31/01/2026 for 104 beds. The unit has thereafter obtained expansion CTE for additional 06 beds vide CTE No.: WBPCB/6932416/2025 dated 15/07/2025. The CMOH License is valid up to 22/04/2027 and the agreement with CBMWTSDF is valid up to 31-03-2027. The unit has submitted photo of Effluent Treatment Plant. The unit has submitted copies of valid agreement with CBMWTSDF, copy of CE License, Self Certified Declaration of Bed capacity, copies of existing CTE/CTO. The unit has now applied for renewal of Biomedical Waste Authorization for 110 beds and has deposited BMWA fees for the period up to 31/01/2031.
