as per HOWM rules, 2016, you shall not process used/waste oil/scrap oil (as you mentioned) with out establishing a used oil/waste oil recycling unit as per guideline/SOP of CPCB . However, pls declare oil/grease contaminated cotton/jute waste (5.2) and oil or chemical contminated drums/barrels/containers/ cartons/bags/liner other packaging material (33.1) generated from maintainence of your plant of waste plastic recyling. each waste quantity shall be in MT/year. upload photos of hazardous waste storage room, environmental informatin display board written both in English & Bengali ( provision for information regarding hazardous chemicals to be included), upload copy of agreement with common hazardous waste treatment storage and disposal facility of west bengal. |
